Hi my name is Nick Hohman. I'm the Vice President of Waveband Communications. Today, we're going to discuss the various surveillance kit options that we offer.

First, I'd like to present to you our WV1-15023X-S. This is one of our most popular surveillance kits. The reason behind its popularity is because of the quick disconnect 6 pin hirose connector. With all of our kits we only use the highest quality knowles acoustics which provide exceptional audio quality.

Now the quick disconnect, you can plug into any radio model as long as you have the correct corresponding adapter. As you can see here (pictured below), we have an adapter for the Motorola XTS series portable radio. This adapter simply just goes on the side of the radio. If you need to change the radio, let's say to put it on a 6 bank charger, you don't have to get undressed to remove the surveillance kit.

Our basic two-wire kit here, has a palm style PTT. It has a clip that can attach to your shirt that allows you to talk into it. It comes with an acoustic tube receive only earpiece as well.

In addition to our popular two wire kits we also offer more discrete options. This is our WX1-20004-35X. We've sold these in the past to law enforcement professionals that require a discrete look. This option allows you to plug into a 3.5 mm threaded jack like an Ipod or Phone headphone, which makes it appear as though you are listening to music or talking on the phone. 

The surveillance kit has a barrel style PTT that runs down your sleeve when needing to communicate through the radio. This option is a 6 pin hirose connector and you can use it on any radio model as long as you have the correct corresponding direct connect option. You don't have to buy an adapter for the radio so it's a little more cost effective.

Lastly, we have different ear options that allow you to swap out the traditional ear tip on the acoustic tube for something more comfortable. We work with a company called Comply. They specialize in ear tips. They sell these ear tips in boxes of 100 or individual tips. We also offer flexible open ear inserts.
