Die Garantie für Waveband-Überwachungskits beträgt 1 Jahr ab Kaufdatum. Dies umfasst alle Herstellungsfehler und Verarbeitungsfehler. Zu diesen Fehlern kann gehören, dass der Push-to-Talk-Knopf feststeckt und der Hörer nicht sendet oder empfängt. Diese Garantie deckt keine physischen Schäden oder Misshandlungen ab.

 

Wie lange sollte ich warten, um meine Akustikröhre auszutauschen? Ist es abnehmbar?

Aufgrund von Hygienefaktoren, Ohrenschmalz und Feuchtigkeit sollten die Schallschläuche alle 3-6 Monate ausgetauscht werden.
